The Language Cradle is operated by International Business & Language Consulting (IBLC), based at 9th Floor, Regus, PanJam Building, 60 Knutsford Boulevard, New Kingston, Jamaica. By using our website (thelanguagecradle.com), our mobile app, or our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide language training, certified and professional translation, interpretation, and corporate language programmes. Programme details, schedules, and pricing are confirmed with you directly before any engagement begins. Descriptions on the website are a guide and may be tailored to your needs.

Consultations and quotes requested through the website are not binding until we confirm them with you. Fees, payment schedules, and delivery timelines for training or translation work are agreed in writing per engagement. If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice; repeated late cancellations may be charged.

Certificates are issued on successful completion of the relevant programme and its assessments. They confirm completion with IBLC and do not represent third-party accreditation unless stated.

Documents you submit for translation remain yours. You confirm you have the right to share them with us, and we treat them confidentially — see our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

You agree not to misuse the website or app — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or submitting unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

The Language Cradle name, logo, course materials, and website content belong to IBLC or its licensors. Course materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

We provide our services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
